Tried to run the game on an AMD 7900xtx, on Windows 10.

The game seems to run fine, if it was not for one thing which makes it unplayable. A bunch of textures spawn from the pedestrians an some cars, taking most of the screen space. There are also issues with lights and shadows. Tried all possible configs on the game and on the drivers, but no luck.

If you kill the pedrestians, the that mass of corrupted textures also disappears, so might be some boundaries specific to some models. Happens to 90% of them, and some cars.

Is the 7900xtx a new card?

If so, future driver updates will probably solve it.
In the mean time you could try injecting the game with DXVK which chnnges the rendering from Direct3d to Vulkan.

Thanks! Made it working fine using DXVK as you said, placing the 32bit DLLs on the game bin folder. Also, the performace increased a lot.

*The 64bit files will not work.

Nice, if you like tinkering with the graphics, like increasing anisotropic filtering, you can download and edit a configuration file.

At least for me normally changing things in the game options or in the drivers wouldn't work, if so you need to find the settings you want to change and edit them in the .conf file.

I've created a tutorial on fixing the issue using DXVK libraries with ASYNC support, which should work better than the default DXVK. CCheck it out here: https://youtu.be/pQ89JiLMlk8
