Greetings. I'll keep this short.

Two days ago I purchased Dungeon Keeper 2 for $1.68, while it was on sale. Unfortunately, while it was being processed, I got an error stating that the transaction could not be completed. Upon reviewing my transaction history, however, $1.68 was indeed removed from my account.

I put in a support ticket explaining the situation, however more than 48 hours have now passed, and I'm starting to grow a tad impatient.

I'm not asking for a refund, only for the game I purchased to be added to my account.

It looks like a glitch because of the heavy traffic during the Valentine's Day Sale. This happens in rare occasions. You did right in contacting support and usually it doesn't take long until they fix this for you.

Indeed when I logged in this morning, I finally had a response from Support, and the game has been correctly added.

Good to hear the issue is solved. I was sure it would be fixed soon. GOG support is doing a good job and when it takes a little bit longer, it's usually because of workload peaks due to sales.
