Found the files. Download the zip from here to put the game into Spanish:

Then you have to put TEXT.DAT into DATA folder, and SPEECH.DAT into SOUND folder. Unzip ATLAS.zip and put it on SOUND folder too. You should keep a backup of the original old files in case you want or need them later.

I just came to the forums looking for this. I found the patch I was looking for (spanish) but as I remember the game here was released in 2 CD. One was only for language files and another was the game itself. Would be great if the people of GOG published the language pack (maybe the didn't because of copyrights or something like that).

EDIT: Well it seems that I undertood wrong, the files are for DK and not DK2.
