Hello guys,

I just downloaded and installed DKII and started it. It puzzles me because the lower part of my screen is black.
If I go to my desktop via ALT+TAB and back into the game it shows the actual lower screen but it's "screenshot-like".
That means I can see what options I can choose e.g. in the graphic options screen but when I go over the options I don't see any animations or other stuff.
I'm using Win7 64.

I hope someone can help me :-(

I've worked out how to fix this now. Right click the DK2 shortcut and go to properties, go onto compatibility and where it says 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' click on the arrow and select (Windows XP Servive Pack 2). Remember to make sure the box is ticked, underneath this are a few boxes make sure only Run in 640x480 is ticked leave the rest unticked. Then apply these changes and the game should run without the issue you were describing. Hope this helps :)
