I've just purchased a copy of DK2 after spending the last week going through DK1 and the DD expansion.

I've followed the guides to improve the resolution which seem to have worked quite well!! However I've got two issues.


1) Mose speed is INSANE! I've lowered it to the lowest possible in game but the smallest action still sends me spinning off at warp speed. I've chenged the settings using my mouses software reducing acceleration and sensititivy however which makes using my desktop painfully slow but as soon as I load DK2 it goes back to the silly speeds again.

I've tried googling but can't seem to find a soilution, any suggestions (its that fast its unplayable)


2) In DK1 I mostly used keybinds to move and orientate myself on the map (arrow keys) however in DK2 up/down work and respond as expected however left/right spin the camera on the spot instead of moving in that direction. Is their any way to fix this? Again google doesn't seem to offer any insight.

Try this solution by jonathanhaas: As far as I know the arrow keys should make the camera scroll around, not make it rotate. Unfortunately I can't help you with this problem.

Have you tried toggling the Alternative Scrolling option in the Control Options? Alternative Scrolling makes the left and right arrow keys rotate the camera instead of panning.
