Hey folks!

Love this game and would love to get it working on my Android device (an Nvidia Shield tablet).

When I try to run the game, I get a CD icon with a question mark on it. I know I'm supposed to mount a CD or something, but I'm just not sure where to put the command or what command to use! Can you help? I hope so!

Please let me know. Thanks!

Come on, can anyone help me here? Certainaly someone knows how to get rid of the CD icon with a question mark on it, right?

Please help. Thanks,

Fluent
Normally you get that screen when you don't have the CD in the disk drive. The GOG release doesn't need a CD of course, but that screen still shows up when the game can't find the files is needs.

Don't know how to fix your problem though.
I'm trying to play the GOG version, obviously, so that makes it even more bizarre.

Anyone have any ideas?
Dosbox is mounting a virtual cd for the game to read. This gets it through the cd screen.

Purely making a guess, I would say your device somehow prevents mounting & reading a cd. It is not a very good guess, because Dosbox is supposed to be creating an isolated emulation environment, where this can happen. Game is mounted as C drive, cd is mounted as D drive. Tablet should not even know it's mounting a virtual cd in this space. Maybe dosbox has trouble with some of its functions on a tablet?

you have to mount the files in dosbox, then it will run.

theres a ton of info on it online, most games all work the same way.

you mount the game directory as the iso, and it has to be on the main memory of the device, not on sd card.
i had it running already using dosbox pro for android. I have magic dosbox too but i used the other for this game myself, if i still had it installed i could give you the exact mounting line, i remember it has 2 switches to it.
