HI.
I recently bought DK2 cus iv'e lost my old CD version.

well anyways, i see some of you are still struggling to make this game to work!

well i got the answer to that.

for all Win7 users, and Vista too..

step 1:
- Right click on the icon for Dk2 on your desktop
- click on preferences and navigate to compatibility's
- (Here you will find a bunch of things to click on)
step 2:
- when your inside the preferences/compatibility... set the "compatibility mod" to run on windows 2000.
- right under compatibility mod, is "Settings"
now, make sure to deactivate:
* deactivate visual themes
* and Deactivate "desktop composition" (not sure if spelled right)
(now, save.. and try to start the game.)

if this don't work. go back to "settings" and click "screen resolution of 640 x 480"

And make sure to run as administrator (not necessary)
