Hello,

It's stated in the manual (I also saw it when searching online in a youtube video) that if one finishes a level while having the Lord of the Land captured that you're supposed to get a postgame screen where you can hear him being tortured behind several doors. However I am unable to get that screen even if I have him captured. I tried having him in Prison, in my Torture Chamber and even having him converted but the "You have conquered this realm press space" message never appears during any of that. The message only appears when I kill the Lord of the Land, which makes the post-game screen unavailable (since he's dead and not captured).

Am I doing something wrong, is this a bug or is this part simply missing in the gog-version of the game? I have tried to do it in every mission which has a Lord of the Land and the Torture Chamber available.

I use an unmodified version of the game, the only changes I made are setting cycles to max to stop lag and doing ALT-R ingame for high-res.

Thanks for reading.

You've got to keep the unconverted Knight in prison when you press space. On many maps that means you can't get it because you need to kill/convert him to win the level.
In KeeperFX this is changed, there it looks at the moment you hear the message play 'you've conquered this realm' to determine if you get the torture screen, and having all heroes in prison is considered as good as having them killed.
Thanks for the reply, I hadn't done all the levels in this playthrough yet and as you said on the 2nd to last map it actually worked because the goal was just to defeat the enemy keeper and not kill the in this map available Lord of the Land.

The way it was stated in the manual led me to believe it works on most maps, now I know.
Keep in mind that the few times the manual isn't misleading, it is just straight up false.
