They 've been negotiating them, ever since 2015. Will we have them back? In what state is the issue at hand?

Most importantly, is there any way, for us to get those extras, somehow? I barely missed the old versions being gifted, before Bethesda Copyrights transfer happened... I paid full price for the returning oldies and i was legitimately ripped off (thanks, Bethesda)!
