So I think SLI and this game don't mix well.
My graphics were messed up: The video had black bands flickering all the way across the screen and the menu screens would be superimposed over the previous screen's menu.
I disabled my SLI and the game works without any problems.
I thought I would just throw that out there in case someone came across a problem like that.
Now to get my game on...
