If you are running this game on modern systems chances are you are overwriting the game's resolution. This can lead to an unwinable state.
The problem: The first time you use Sydney (Gracie's computer) on day 2 and you are running the game on a non standard resolution E-Mails won't show or won't show correctly, and you can't complete the game later on. I learned this the hard way.
The solution: On the start of Day 2, BEFORE you use Sydney the first time, SWITCH BACK to a standard resolution like 640*480. Use the computer, check e-mails, save your game. From this point on the computer will function properly. After that you can switch back to higher resolutions like 1920*1080, you won't have any problems later on in the game.
I hope someone here will benefit from this, I had to replay the whole of Day 2...
