I've got a code to give away here. I've never used steamgifts, but I should manage to pull it through.

I fulfill the requirements here, I think, and I just created the steamgifts profile:

I think this is enough for requesting an invite. If it is not, let me know what I'm missing

PS: I realize why they ask you to make your steam profile public when you join, but once they know you are not cheating can I turn it back to private? Call me antisocial or paranoid, but I'm not happy about keeping it public.

You can go private.
Every week you'll need to return to public to sync your account.
As soon as you've sync'ed, you can return to private.
