i'76 has one of the most cool soundtracks made for a game. It really deserves to be shares and enjoyed by as many people as possible. Please add it as an extra download!
Agreed. I used to play the Game-CD on CD Stereo Tower. It was simply funky as hell. And the Poems from Taurus rocked too!
+1

It really is a great soundtrack.
These files are called Track 1, Track 2, etc.

These files (same songs) have the song titles.

You know, you could just get most of the music in MP3 format from the game files. It's all in there.
There are also valuable minerals in the ground. LOL

I do not have the GOG version. I have the Gold version. All I had to do was put in the I-76 play disk, click on it (click that disk drive in My Computer), which started the songs playing in Windows Media Player, and then click Rip CD in Windows Media Player, which saved the music tracks to a folder (designated in WMP options) in the format selected in Rip Settings (next to Rip CD in the menu bar thing).

I understood that, but the man who asked for the soundtrack to be added in the collection of extras for the GOG version clearly owns the GOG version doesn't he? I was just trying to solve his problem.

Could you please be more specific on how to go about this?

IAmSinistar started this thread about Missing Soundtracks and we're trying to figure out (among other things) if it's possible to get the music from within the installation.
But neither of us owns the game, so any help is appreciated.

The music is provided in mp3 format in a folder called music inside the installation folder of the game, default is

C:\GOG Games\Interstate 76 Arsenal\Interstate 76\music
C:\GOG Games\Interstate 76 Arsenal\Interstate 76 Nitro Pack\music

However, this is the music supplied with the game (original cd), I am aware of a soudtrack CD that came out that has some more music and dialogue in it. That would be awesome

Holy cow! Good news after more than two months, truly a big surprise! Thank you so much Pamphagus, much-much appreciated! :D

I'm going to be greedy and ask if this is also the case for Interstate '82.

And I see that you registered this year, maybe you'd to try your luck in this giveaway here for new GOG members?

Thanks again!
