This started really recently. I had just bought town portal in free haven after getting master water and I used it to go to white cap. I ended up going back to free haven (I had hopes of doing the icewind keep quest but realized I needed a powerful spell to clear the fire archers quickly so I decided to get meteor shower and star shower if I could find it). When I went in the fire guild in free haven I tried to click on the meteor shower spell book to buy and it wouldn't click. All of the other one-element guilds in free haven were doing the same thing. I click, and nothing happens. I then went to mist to test it there and it doesnt work there either. It doesn't work with dark, light, fire, water, air, earth, mind, body, or spirit guilds. I can buy from any other type of store however, including the guilds that sell multiple element spells (guilds of self or elemental guilds). I don't know what's going on but it's very inconvenient considering my playing style is heavily based around magic. I tried to contact gog for support but the "contact us" button keeps taking me back to the original support page. If someone could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

The only time I've had that problem is when I've attempted to buy something with a character who's pack is full, but if I switch to buying with a character whose pack has room, then it works. I usually try to empty my packs as soon as I can, and THEN buy stuff, just to make sure this doesn't happen.

I don't know if that's the case with your situation, though, and if not then I don't have an answer.

I haven't heard of that one before.

1) You can attach your save to a post here, and someone can take a look at it. You'll need to rename the file extension to a picture file before you'll be able to attach it; make sure to make a separate copy of the save before doing that (copy, not just move, the save to your desktop).
