It actually might be useful for others to know how you fixed this problem, in case they run into the same thing. With your edited first post, now no one can even see what the problem was. I vaguely remember something about strange display and/or sound problems that you thought might indicate a DOSBox problem. If you could remind us what that problem was and tell us how you fixed it, I'm sure the community would be appreciative.

I'm not so sure about it, according to eg. my recent case or some years' experience.
The less time spent here or at other forums, the better for maintaining healthy state of mind and general well-being.
