If it's the same restrictions they have on digital games they are easy to circumvent, but yeah, it's annoying.

Have you tried to make a purchase and couldn't or are you referring to the ToS? If it's the former, at what point was your purchase denied?

Unfortunately not. I have always managed to circumvent the region lock when buying digital games at amazon.com because you only need an US billing adress. This trick does not seem to work with MP3s - I tried it yesterday and had to buy the file in germany where the soundtrack is also available but costs a bit more.

I think it is "Spirit Radio Frequencies" available on the Special Edition Soundtrack
