Anyone else having this problem? I use my regular account data (mail-address and password), but no success :( the game is in my games list.

Hmm... maybe this launcher does not like your user name? I mean number in it? I do not know :(

On Windows Vista or later: C:\ProgramData\GalaxyClient\Logs
On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\GalaxyClient\Logs
On MacOSX: /Users/Shared/Galaxy/Logs

problem is solved. after the last update of the GoG launcher the login works!

I have the same problem, I'm sure you can help me in my computer format. I get a "user not faound" error during the login process from the website. I made a change of mail a few days ago in my e-mail address I received the error and still remains a validation message between my mail. I opened a topic to the support page did not get the answer. please help me. My account does not have an account in my mail address ilkayaltay90@gmail.com. There is a game called "Witcher" which I buy as boxed games and "Shadow".
