I bought game on steam a how can i install it on andriod tablet??? Is it possible, or i have to buy tha game again?

As of now the Steam app doesn't allow you to install and play games on your tablet.
What you can do is simply stream the game to your tablet with special service providers. The game is running on your Desktop PC and you're controlling it remotely, see here:
